Overview

This role is within the Experience Design department focused on evolving PayPal’s product and brand transformation. The Senior Staff Product Designer will focus on Peer-to-Peer money movement experiences across PayPal App, Web, and Partnership surfaces.

What you will do

• Design visual systems and user experiences for Peer-to-Peer money movement features including sending, receiving, Money Pools, Bill Splits, Crypto Sharing, and Currency Exchanges.
• Deliver strategically sound design solutions aligned with product requirements and strategy.
• Collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams and contribute to design system evolution.
• Create experiential design audits, journey maps, and compelling presentations.
• Translate complex problems into simple, functional product designs.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work model with 3 days in office in the US and 2 days remote.
• English: Proficient (default for English posting).
• Strong skills in UX flows, visual design, interaction design, and product definition.
• Experience with consumer behavior, retail, and cultural trends.
• Ability to work with undefined briefs and think in system and scale terms.
