What you will do

• Manage and mentor designers in a player/coach capacity to create delightful user experiences.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and the Director of Product Design on staffing, quality, and professional development.
• Conduct comprehensive user research, including contextual inquiry, usability testing, and competitive analysis.
• Define and iterate on interaction designs, user flows, and prototypes, specifically for AI-powered experiences.
• Experiment with AI tools and techniques to accelerate the discovery, ideation, and prototyping process.
• Partner with tech leads and product managers to plan and execute product area roadmaps.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product-based UX design experience working on complex desktop, web, or mobile software apps.
• 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring other designers.
• Proven track record of designing SaaS products from initial research and discovery through to launch.
• Expertise in information architecture, interaction design, prototyping, and visual UI design.
• Experience designing complex data visualization, reporting, or analytics solutions.
• Must be based in Utah for a hybrid work arrangement.

• Experience shipping AI-assisted features.
