Salary: $148,000 – $166,500 + equity

What you will do

• Own end-to-end initiatives across Growth, including new notification types and onboarding flows across iOS, Android, Desktop, and Web.
• Create production-ready specs and high-fidelity prototypes with a balance of craft and velocity.
• Influence product scope and strategy in collaboration with PMs and engineering leads.
• Partner with research and data science teams to validate designs and analyze user behavior.
• Develop cohesive systems that integrate discovery, onboarding, and re-engagement.
• Drive projects autonomously and communicate design rationale effectively to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product design experience designing consumer-facing digital products (open to 2+ years for exceptional candidates).
• Strong visual design foundation with a deep understanding of typography, color, hierarchy, and composition.
• Solid interaction design skills for creating intuitive flows and complex, multi-step experiences.
• High proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools such as Protopie, Framer, or Principle.
• Experience shipping products collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Ownership mindset with a strong bias toward action and proactive project management.

Nice to have

• Personal use of Discord and a passion for gaming or community platforms.
• Experience designing for growth, acquisition, onboarding, or lifecycle products.
• Understanding of viral loops, SEO, and how products grow across different surfaces.
• Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and data-driven iteration.
