Product Designer (UX/UI)

What you will do

• Design intuitive and functional UI/UX solutions for complex software projects.
• Conduct user research and translate business goals and user needs into visually compelling designs.
• Create wireframes, visual designs, and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to present design rationale.
• Identify user pain points and iterate on designs based on feedback.
• Mentor junior designers and drive innovation across design engagements (for senior/lead roles).

Requirements

• Must be currently and legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must reside in CO, FL, GA, MA, MD, MN, NE, NC, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, or WA.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in product design, UX/UI, or human-centered design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience working in Agile or software delivery environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for client-facing interactions.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with front-end frameworks.
• Experience with design handoff to engineering teams.
