What you will do

• Own the Android SDK architecture, implementation, and long-term technical roadmap.
• Lead development and maintenance of Android Voice and Video SDKs, including the WebRTC/ReSiprocate/C++ layer.
• Drive build pipeline stability and lead CI/CD migration efforts.
• Collaborate with iOS, JavaScript, and React Native teams for cross-platform convergence.
• Mentor engineers and define Android best practices across the organization.
• Monitor and triage customer issues and enhance reference applications.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on Android development.
• Deep expertise in Android ecosystem and third-party SDK development.
• Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, and C++.
• Experience with real-time communication technologies such as WebRTC, SIP, and RTP.
• Familiarity with CI/CD systems like CircleCI, Buildkite, or GitHub Actions.
• Strong ability to work cross-functionally and influence technical decisions without authority.

Nice to have

• Experience with ReSiprocate or other SIP stacks.
• Prior experience building public-facing developer SDKs.
• Familiarity with mobile SDK supply chain security practices.
• Experience with Argo CD.
