Salary: $110,000 — $151,800 CAD

What you will do
- Design, build, and maintain scalable observability infrastructure using Terraform.
- Provision and monitor cloud-native infrastructure across AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Champion observability best practices and educate other engineering teams on standardized instrumentation.
- Diagnose root causes of major incidents and identify critical gaps in telemetry tooling.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve instrumentation and observability standards across the broader engineering organization.
Requirements
- 3+ years of platform engineering, SRE, or DevOps experience.
- Expertise in the Datadog ecosystem (Metrics, Logs, Traces, and Error Tracking).
- Strong coding skills in Node.js or Golang.
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
- Hands-on experience with OpenTelemetry (OTel), Vector, or similar frameworks for instrumenting applications.
- Must be based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
