What you will do

• Build and improve shared infrastructure and platform services.
• Own and optimize AWS services across the engineering organization.
• Develop IaC workflows using Terraform and Terrateam.
• Manage secure deployments within cloud and Kubernetes environments.
• Enhance observability using metrics, logs, and tracing.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on scalable system design.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering.
• Strong production experience with AWS infrastructure.
• Hands-on expertise with Terraform and IaC at scale.
• Experience with Kubernetes or containerized environments.
• Proficiency with observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
• Must be based in Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ansible, Vault, Consul, ArgoCD, Packer, or Redis.
• Knowledge of AWS networking (VPCs, routing, load balancers).
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems.
