Salary: $197,000 – $247,000 + equity (RSUs)

What you will do

• Design, build, and test products within the Benefits domain to improve the renewal user experience.
• Automate complex manual health insurance processes to reduce errors and increase efficiency.
• Mentor other engineers to solve complex technical problems at a large scale.
• Scale one of the world's largest Ruby on Rails and React applications.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Data, Design, and Platform teams to prototype and launch features daily.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Proven track record of owning multi-quarter projects that deliver measurable customer impact at scale.
• Experience driving large, cross-functional projects through ambiguity, including scoping and sequencing.
• Experience implementing A/B tests or experimentation.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools and frameworks to accelerate development and improve testing.
• Strong communication skills for aligning multiple stakeholders and engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with or a strong interest in Ruby on Rails.
• Preference for a collaborative, test-driven development environment.
