Software Engineering PMTS (Data Platform): Designing and consolidating the data and intelligence architecture for AgentExchange to enable partner analytics and ML-powered signals with an accent on LLM-native data layers and cross-org technical strategy. Focus on building a unified analytics destination, architecting MCP-based agentic data access, and implementing robust data security for multi-tenant AI experiences.

Location: Hybrid (San Francisco, CA or Seattle, WA). In-office expectations are 10 days per quarter.

Salary: $197,300 – $344,700 annually

What you will do

• Define the end-to-end data architecture and 18-month roadmap for the AgentExchange data platform.
• Architect the LLM and agent-native layer, including MCP servers and RAG strategies for marketplace data.
• Build streaming and batch ingestion pipelines with enforced data contracts and reliability SLOs.
• Develop self-service analytics and ML platforms, including feature stores and lead scoring models.
• Ensure high standards for data security, PII handling, and GDPR/CCPA compliance.
• Provide technical leadership in cross-org architecture reviews and mentor senior ICs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software or data engineering with ownership of enterprise-scale platforms.
• Expertise in lakehouse/warehouse design, streaming/batch pipelines, and dimensional modeling.
• Proficiency with cloud-native infrastructure (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or Databricks) on AWS.
• Production experience with LLM systems (RAG, vector stores, prompt engineering, and safety controls).
• Deep knowledge of data security, multi-tenant isolation, and fine-grained access control.
• Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco, CA or Seattle, WA.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce Data 360, Tableau Next, Slack, or MuleSoft.
• Background in marketplace or e-commerce data (GMV, conversion funnels).
• Experience leading large-scale migrations (e.g., hirify.global to cloud-native).
• Knowledge of privacy-preserving ML or LLM observability frameworks.
