Salary: $235,000–$280,000 annual base + 15% target bonus

What you will do

• Architect, design, and develop backend components and micro front-end patterns for the hirify.global platform.
• Define and evaluate non-functional requirements to ensure platform scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Document architecture evolutions and communicate roadmaps to technical teams and stakeholders.
• Implement testable, efficient code following Clean Architecture and Hexagonal Architecture principles.
• Provide technical guidance and conduct architectural reviews for multiple engineering teams.
• Design AI-native data backends and secure integrations using Model Context Protocol (MCP).

Requirements

• Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Location: Must work onsite in New York 5 days a week.
• Degree in Computer Science or similar (8+ years exp with BS, 6+ with MS, 3+ with PhD).
• 4+ years of experience with Java or a similar object-oriented language.
• Proven experience with Microservices, DDD, Cloud Architecture (AWS/GCP), and Kubernetes.
• Track record of designing systems using LLM orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
