Head of Domains & Email

Location: New York City, United States; hybrid role

Salary: $350,000–$425,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Own the Domains and Email businesses, including strategy, P&L, headcount, organizational design, and long-range planning.
• Define the multi-year vision and translate it into operating plans, budgets, milestones, and accountability structures.
• Lead commercial strategy across pricing, packaging, acquisition, retention, cross-sell, and upsell.
• Build partnerships with registries, resellers, channel partners, and technology vendors.
• Drive product strategy, customer research, roadmap prioritization, and integration with the broader hirify.global ecosystem.
• Lead the AI transformation of the business and build an AI-native team where people and agents work together.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience, including ownership of a consumer-facing product or business.
• Experience building and scaling a consumer product or business from strategy through execution and measurable commercial results.
• Strong partnership skills with engineering and cross-functional or matrixed delivery organizations; a technical background is advantageous.
• Strategic and operational understanding of AI and machine learning, including direct experience leading an AI transformation.
• Strong customer focus, executive presence, communication skills, and ability to align diverse stakeholders.
• Domain expertise in registry, registrar, or DNS products is a strong plus.
