What you will do

• Collaborate with product test and firmware/software teams to define SLT system architecture.
• Design and perform schematic capture of SLT and bench PCBs using Allegro CAD tools.
• Manage PCB component libraries and ensure designs meet all electrical and mechanical requirements.
• Work with layout and SI engineers to optimize PCB designs for high-speed performance.
• Audit PCB layouts for design rule compliance, including pinouts and footprints.
• Test manufactured PCBs, manage inventory, and perform debug/rework via ECOs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 12+ years of experience in PCB development through manufacturing and test.
• In-depth experience with schematic capture using Allegro CAD tools.
• Strong understanding of high-speed PCB design techniques, transmission lines, and SI pitfalls.
• Experience with Linux OS command line and scripting.
• Hands-on experience with EE lab equipment (DMMs, Oscilloscopes) and board bringup.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing detailed via structures for BGAs and connectors.
• Simulation skills related to Power Delivery Network (PDN) design.
