What you will do

• Lead the development of novel quantitative data analytics using proprietary sensor data and public safety datasets.
• Author and present technical analyses and findings to internal stakeholders and external authoritative bodies.
• Design and automate data collection to support safety programs and develop leading indicators for performance forecasting.
• Develop statistical models and algorithms to predict potential risks and prevent incidents in autonomous systems.
• Create dashboards and reports to communicate risk ranking and anomalies to senior leadership.
• Mentor and lead junior team members, fostering their professional growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
• 7+ years of progressive experience solving large-scale complex problems.
• Demonstrated experience in a safety-related domain such as transportation, aerospace, or robotics.
• Expertise in Python, SQL, R, machine learning, and visualization software (Tableau, Power BI).
• Deep command of statistical methods and probabilistic modeling.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment (office at least 3 days per week).
