Engineer - Data

Location: Remote within the United States; occasional travel may be required to the hirify.global Restaurant Support Center in Dublin, Ohio, or other designated locations.

Salary: $74,000–$126,000 annually, plus a target annual bonus of 7.5% of base salary.

What you will do

• Develop end-to-end integrations between the data platform and source and target systems.
• Gather requirements, scope user stories, estimate effort, and support project timelines.
• Manage existing implementations and execute system configuration changes.
• Support Looker, Power BI, SnapLogic, and related data and BI tools, including user management, permissions, integrations, testing, QA, and deployments.
• Partner with developers, product owners, business stakeholders, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions.
• Support change management, user training, and the release of new features to production.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 2 years of experience with software implementation and data management is preferred.
• Strong foundations in SQL and Python.
• Working knowledge of Looker and Power BI.
• Working knowledge of cloud technologies, preferably Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery.
• Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and independent workload-management skills.
