Senior IT Compliance & Audit Analyst (IT Audit)

Senior IT Compliance & Audit Analyst (IT Audit): Supporting enterprise access governance and IT SOX compliance across critical systems and infrastructure with an accent on ITGCs, user access reviews, and risk management. Focus on designing RBAC, executing control testing (TOD/TOE), and driving remediation efforts for identified audit gaps.

Location: Hybrid (Fort Worth, TX) - Must be local to Texas (exceptions only for candidates with Airlines experience)

Salary: $50 - $62 per hour

What you will do

• Conduct periodic user access reviews across applications, databases, cloud platforms, and infrastructure.
• Perform testing and evaluation of IT General Controls (ITGCs), IT Application Controls (ITACs), and SDLC controls.
• Support all phases of SOX compliance, including planning, walkthroughs, test execution, and reporting.
• Partner with system owners to design and enhance role-based access controls (RBAC) and provisioning processes.
• Coordinate with internal/external auditors for evidence collection and document audit findings.
• Track remediation activities and perform validation testing to ensure closure of control gaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Professional experience in IT Audit, SOX Compliance, IT Risk Management, or Access Governance.
• Must be based in Texas (TX) and able to work onsite Tuesday through Thursday.
• Experience with Identity Governance solutions such as Saviynt or Sonrai Security.
• Proficiency with enterprise technologies including SAP, Workday, and Active Directory.
