What you will do

• Shoot and edit high-quality news stories and features using creative camera and lighting techniques.
• Operate camera equipment, LiveU systems, and edit content using Adobe Premiere.
• Respond rapidly to breaking news events while coordinating with the assignment desk and production staff.
• Maintain constant communication with reporters, anchors, and control room personnel.
• Handle medium to heavy camera equipment in various remote field locations.
• Work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime, to support 24/7 news operations.

Requirements

• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be able to work on-site full-time in Fort Worth, Texas.
• Minimum 5 years of experience shooting video and operating ENG live/microwave trucks in a broadcast station.
• Minimum 3 years of experience editing stories.
• Must possess a valid Texas driver’s license.
• Ability to perform medium/heavy physical work, including lifting 15-30 lbs of equipment for extended periods.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5 years of photography/editing experience in a medium or major market TV news station.
• Proficiency with Sony ENG cameras and wireless newsgathering technology.
