Salary: $121,680 – $176,436

What you will do

• Champion an enterprise-wide Analytics Community of Practice to set reporting standards and share best practices.
• Develop advanced analytics solutions to support operational performance, risk reduction, and continuous improvement.
• Define enterprise standards for dashboard and report design using Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
• Research and evaluate emerging data tools and technologies to guide enterprise-wide adoption.
• Serve as a senior analytics resource and thought leader across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of data analytics experience within an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) company.
• Demonstrated experience working across business domains including Safety, Operations, and Quality.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and pipeline development.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
