What you will do

• Design and optimize Power BI semantic models using Power BI Desktop and Tabular Editor.
• Develop advanced DAX measures to support complex business logic and analytical requirements.
• Implement and maintain analytics solutions within Microsoft Fabric, including lakehouse and warehouse components.
• Ensure model scalability, performance, and adherence to enterprise governance standards.
• Partner with data engineers and business stakeholders to deliver trusted, actionable insights.
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior developers and end users.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing Power BI solutions and semantic models.
• Advanced proficiency in DAX and dimensional modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and related analytics workloads.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control tools like GitHub.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Nice to have

• Certification in Microsoft Power BI, Fabric, or Azure.
• Experience using Python for data analysis or automation.
• Familiarity with PowerApps and Copilot Studio.
