What you will do

• Collaborate on the EMC design aspect of hardware related to chassis and PCB layouts.
• Develop and evaluate compliance plans, methodologies, and criteria for qualifying vendors and components.
• Participate in hardware design reviews and provide board-level EMC feedback to development teams.
• Perform EMC R&D measurements at the chassis level and establish design guidelines.
• Prepare engineering compliance reports by analyzing and summarizing measurement data.
• Manage compliance documentation, including approval applications and investigative reports.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or 3-7 years of equivalent relevant work experience.
• Experience with EMC regulatory standards for mass-produced Data Center Switches.
• Knowledge of international approval and certification processes and industry best practices.
• Proficiency with schematics and board layout reviews, specifically using Allegro PCB layout tool.
• Hands-on experience operating EMC spectrum analyzers and receivers.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in the USA
