Salary: $197,000 - $285,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) implementation for autonomous driving hardware, sensors, and harnesses.
• Develop and implement simulation methodologies for PCBs, high-speed channels, and SOCs to optimize performance.
• Model complex 3D structures, including PCB connectors and cables.
• Extract and characterize high-speed channels and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Lead lab validation of high-speed interfaces using high-end scopes, VNAs, and spectrum analyzers.

Requirements

• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering degree.
• 8+ years of industry experience in the design and implementation of high-speed electrical interfaces.
• Expertise in PCIE Gen4/Gen5, Automotive Ethernet, DDR/LPDDR4/5, MIPI, HDMI, or USB.
• Proficiency with SI/PI simulation tools such as HFSS/SIwave, ADS, or Cadence Sigrity.
• Deep knowledge of transmission line theory, S-parameters, signal processing, and PCB fabrication processes.
• Strong hands-on experience with VNA, real-time Scope, spectrum analyzer, and TDR.

Nice to have

• Experience with automotive hardware development.
• Experience with mixed-signal design.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or Perl.
