Quality Manager (Identity and Access Management)

What you will do

• Perform identity and role clean-up, including account corrections, duplicate identities, and missing attributes.
• Reconcile accounts through online and offline processes.
• Create, modify, and delete user accounts linked to internal staff and external customers through profiles and roles.
• Prepare and run access reviews, validate results, and coordinate completion with managers.
• Validate user accounts and access rights, and allocate and onboard offline application files.
• Raise bugs and improvement stories based on daily operational activities.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management, including Role-Based Access Control and Segregation of Duties.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel, including pivot tables.
• Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and a governance mindset.
• Analytical thinking with the ability to translate business needs into data-driven actions.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with managers and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to handle sensitive data and maintain security and privacy compliance.
