Industrial Cybersecurity Expert for Critical Infrastructure

What you will do

• Analyze cybersecurity requirements from regulations, industry standards, and customer specifications, and translate them into actionable, traceable measures.
• Support the definition, alignment, and implementation of a cybersecurity requirements engineering framework.
• Guide and train departments on cybersecurity requirements engineering and implementation.
• Lead cybersecurity process implementation initiatives and build organizational awareness through training and knowledge sharing.
• Implement cybersecurity requirements aligned with IEC 62443, NERC CIP, the EU Data Act, the Cyber Resilience Act, and other relevant frameworks.

Requirements

• University degree in IT security, computer science, cybersecurity, electronics, electrical engineering with an IT security focus, or comparable qualifications with extensive professional experience in OT or product security.
• Basic security certification such as GIAC GSEC or equivalent.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity standards and regulations, including ISA/IEC 62443 and NERC CIP.
• Knowledge of X.509 digital certificates, system hardening, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, TLS/SSL, and 802.1X.
• Basic experience with Kali Linux, Nessus, and Wireshark, plus strong organizational, analytical, teamwork, and multitasking skills.
• Business-level English is required; willingness to travel internationally for less than 30% of the time.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ISO 27001 and BDEW Whitepaper.
• German language skills.
