What you will do

• Design and implement multi-file tasks covering bug fixing, feature development, refactoring, migration, and testing.
• Write clear specifications and complete reference implementations.
• Develop and extend unit and integration test suites.
• Review peer-generated tasks for correctness, clarity, realism, and technical accuracy.
• Identify edge cases, ambiguities, and potential failure modes.
• Ensure alignment between specifications, code, tests, and expected outputs.

Requirements

• Italian language proficiency is required.
• Advanced professional written English proficiency is required.
• 3–7 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript or TypeScript, with working knowledge of Java, C#, or Go.
• Production experience in backend or full-stack development and with testing frameworks such as pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, or Go testing.
• Ability to debug and navigate large codebases, conduct code reviews, refactor systems, and perform production migrations.
