What you will do

• Triage, debug, and resolve issues from task and bug lists.
• Review staged features, solidify implementation, and confirm production readiness.
• Promote completed features to production while isolating incomplete work with branches and feature flags.
• Maintain existing functionality, prevent regressions, and support production reliability.
• Maintain backend systems for AI applications, including agent orchestration tools.
• Work directly with the founder and remain proactive, responsive, and consistently productive.

Requirements

• Strong full-stack engineering experience across frontend and backend systems.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML systems and agent-based tooling such as Claude, Codex, Grok, or comparable LLM orchestration platforms.
• Experience maintaining and debugging production backend systems.
• Experience with feature branching, feature flags, and safe release practices.
• Excellent English communication and availability for preferred time zone overlap with Austin, Texas.
• High reliability, visibility, responsiveness, and consistent daily output.

Nice to have

• Experience in small, founder-led teams.
• Practical experience with AI agent workflows and prompt engineering.
• Ability to work independently while remaining highly responsive and visible.
