What you will do

• Manage complex investigations and conduct legal clarifications.
• Write and submit reports to the Financial Intelligence Unit (MROS).
• Communicate with MROS and other Swiss law enforcement authorities.
• Optimize internal processes, review, and draft internal guidelines.
• Validate client transactions under investigation in accordance with the bank's delegation frame.
• Provide support and advice to front-line staff and management.

Requirements

• Degree in Laws or Economics.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Compliance Department within the financial industry.
• Knowledge of Swiss law.
• Excellent command of English and French.
• Analytical and methodological approach with strong writing and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Certificate in Compliance Management.
• Specific experience with MROS reports.
• Proficiency in German, Russian, or Arabic.
• Proven experience in data analysis using R, Python, SQL, Tableau, or Snowflake.
