What you will do

• Perform sanctions due diligence on clients and related parties during onboarding and periodic review phases.
• Analyze true sanctions hits and assess exposure to sectoral sanctions, export controls, and dual-use goods.
• Monitor regulatory news and analyze the impact of new sanctions packages on the client base.
• Draft and maintain sanctions policies and procedures while participating in the optimization of screening systems.
• Contribute to risk tolerance monitoring and prepare ad hoc reporting for audits and regulatory reviews.
• Provide targeted sanctions training and advisory support to management.

Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in the financial industry.
• Expertise in Financial Sanctions and strong knowledge of Swiss banking and financial laws.
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Laws or Economics.
• Very good writing and communication skills in French and English.
• Analytical and methodological approach with excellent command of PowerPoint.
