What you will do

• Develop and oversee legal and regulatory compliance programs to ensure company adherence to all requirements.
• Administer core compliance processes, including KYC onboarding and whistleblowing hotline investigations.
• Lead compliance training and awareness initiatives for staff members.
• Conduct audits, monitor ongoing compliance, and report findings to stakeholders.
• Maintain compliance records and liaise directly with regulatory bodies.

Requirements

• University degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of compliance experience, ideally within engineering, construction, or renewable energy sectors.
• Fluent English (C1) is required.
• Proficiency with compliance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
