Senior Technician (Engineering)

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Pittsburgh, PA (minimum 3 days per week in office)

Salary: $34.25 - $47.00 per hour

What you will do

• Perform miscellaneous troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs, including minor electrical, plumbing, drywall, and painting.
• Support office logistics by managing internal moves and transporting heavy equipment using forklifts and dollies.
• Handle weather-related property maintenance, including snow removal and storm damage remediation.
• Execute routine site inspections and maintain service logs to ensure high safety and operational standards.
• Support internal and external office events, parties, and meetings.

Requirements

• Proficiency in safely operating hand and power tools.
• Ability to operate heavy machinery such as man lifts, forklifts, and snow plows.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces.
• Availability for non-standard hours for urgent facility requirements or emergencies.
• Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States.

Nice to have

• Certification or expertise in electrical, plumbing, or climate control systems.
• Ability to safely haul/tow trailers and operate specialized heavy equipment.
• Experience working at a tech company or in Class A office spaces.
