What you will do

• Manage medium-to-large service delivery projects from initiation to closure.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party service providers to meet project requirements.
• Proactively manage project scope, budget, and schedule while mitigating risks.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project communication and stakeholder management.
• Mentor less experienced project managers and contribute to team development.
• Ensure accurate time and expense tracking according to PMO best practices.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience creating project schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Experience using Microsoft Word templates for project artifacts and change orders.
• Ability to travel occasionally for project kick-offs, pilots, or customer meetings.
