What you will do
- Manage post-sale technical execution for customer accounts and become an expert in CT scanner product lines.
- Build and tune automated inspection workflows and scan recipes for inline and line-adjacent manufacturing deployments.
- Develop custom tooling, scripts, and integrations using agentic coding tools to solve specific customer problems.
- Design and iterate on mechanical fixturing to ensure repeatable, production-viable scans.
- Conduct evaluation scans and technical demonstrations to showcase CT capabilities to customers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to drive product improvements.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Metallurgical, Plastics, or a related engineering field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in engineering, applications, or technical support roles.
- Ability to travel to customer sites approximately 30% of the time.
- Proficiency using agentic coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) to build automations.
- Strong mechanical aptitude regarding tolerances and part fabrication processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for direct customer management.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with industrial CT, CMM, or other dimensional metrology and NDT workflows.
- Familiarity with machining, casting, injection molding, additive manufacturing, or assembly.
- Knowledge of GD&T, first-article inspection (FAI), Lean, Six Sigma, or SPC.
- Experience with CAD tools such as Onshape or SolidWorks.
- Domain experience in medical devices, aerospace, automotive, electronics, or batteries.
