What you will do

• Design probabilistic models for identity resolution that maximize addressability while respecting user privacy.
• Own the statistical rigor behind Brand and Conversion Lift products, innovating experimental design at scale.
• Define strategy for new signal sources and quantify their value to improve predictive performance and ROAS.
• Develop objective functions and evaluation frameworks to validate identity and measurement accuracy.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and sales teams to drive strategic initiatives and set technical standards.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, or Operations Research.
• 10+ years (M.S.) or 6+ years (Ph.D.) of industry experience in applied science or data science.
• Deep understanding of the ads ecosystem and predictive modeling under signal loss.
• Advanced proficiency in Python or R and SQL.
• Strong expertise in experimental design, causal inference, or A/B testing.
• Proven track record of influencing cross-functional partners in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
