What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery for a multi-disciplinary engineering group, including planning, prioritization, and risk management.
• Directly manage engineers and a Product Owner, fostering a high-accountability culture through 1:1s and growth support.
• Provide technical guidance in close partnership with Principal Architects and senior engineers to ensure system quality.
• Align the squad's technical output with business outcomes and participate in leadership discussions on strategy and resourcing.
• Ensure non-negotiable quality standards and surface blockers early to maintain commitment timelines.

Requirements

• 7+ years of engineering experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial role, including experience managing other managers.
• Proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced, product-led environment.
• Strong foundations in distributed systems, data pipelines, APIs, and production-grade software.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or an equivalent degree.
• Must be based in Tel-Aviv.
