What you will do

• Manage and grow a multi-team engineering organization, ensuring high-quality delivery and career development.
• Hire and develop senior talent, including engineering managers, to scale the Tel Aviv site.
• Partner with product managers and designers to define and shape the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with engineering leaders across Tel Aviv, Paris, and the US on cross-cutting projects.
• Establish and elevate the technical and cultural bar for the local engineering site.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a product-building leader with strong product sense.
• Experience managing managers and leading organizations with multiple leadership layers.
• Background in operating at scale within multi-geography companies.
• Technical depth in web/product analytics, developer-experience, low-level systems, or security engineering.
• Must be based in Tel Aviv, Israel.
• Experience integrating AI into engineering leadership and development practices.
