What you will do

• Provide exceptional support via email, chat, and phone shifts to resolve small business owner inquiries.
• Guide customers through Payroll and Taxes products and communicate new feature updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to influence product decisions and the development roadmap.
• Manage high-volume periods from December to March, including required weekend overtime.
• Maintain a "search first" mentality to deliver efficient, solution-oriented service.

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ years in the payroll industry with a foundational understanding of taxes, compliance, filings, and wage laws.
• At least 2 years in a customer-facing role (e.g., contact center, accounting, or benefits).
• Proficiency with GSuite and Mac.
• Strong critical thinking and conflict resolution skills.
• Must be able to commit to the role for at least 24 months.

• Familiarity with Salesforce, JIRA, and Slack.
