Conversion Copywriter (DTC)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania. The Vilnius office follows a 4 days onsite, 1 day remote hybrid model. Work arrangements for roles based in Klaipėda or Riga depend on the specific position.

Gross salary: €3,200–€4,000 per month.

What you will do

• Write persuasive, conversion-focused email copy for multiple DTC brands.
• Own the copywriting process from customer research and concept development through final delivery.
• Collaborate with email marketers, designers, and other specialists to develop and launch A/B tests.
• Analyze performance data and customer behavior to improve campaign results.
• Research customers, competitors, market trends, and emerging creative angles.
• Help establish stronger conversion-copy standards across the brand portfolio.

Requirements

• Relevant DTC copywriting experience, including advertorials, paid ads, blogs, landing pages, or emails.
• Ability to turn customer pain points, desires, reviews, and objections into persuasive messaging.
• Understanding of conversion principles and the ability to create meaningful A/B test hypotheses.
• Passion for email and curiosity about what drives opens, clicks, and purchases.
• Ownership of results, strong collaboration skills, openness to feedback, and confidence explaining creative decisions.
• Excellent written English and strong attention to detail; a relevant DTC portfolio is required.
