What you will do

• Write and edit across all marketing formats including ads, landing pages, SEO articles, and SMM.
• Lead the content creation process by building plans, setting priorities, and driving materials from concept to publication.
• Analyze competitors and perform messaging audits to identify gaps and inform content strategy.
• Craft copy that guides users through the funnel, ensuring a coherent message from first touch to conversion.
• Evolve the brand tone of voice and establish editorial guidelines.
• Build processes and standards to scale content production as the team grows.

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of experience as a writer/editor in marketing communications.
• Fluent English and Russian proficiency.
• Strong conceptual thinking and a solid grasp of funnel psychology.
• Strategic mindset with experience in competitive analysis and content auditing.
• Ability to partner effectively with Product, SEO, and Creative teams.
• Comfort using AI tools for concept exploration while maintaining human editorial judgment.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, iGaming, or B2B SaaS.
• Experience launching new brands and bringing them to market.
• Experience managing a content factory, scaling production, and briefing freelancers.
