Location: Onsite in Northern Manitoba, Canada. Rotational schedule (2 weeks on / 1 week off). Travel is provided from designated locations in Winnipeg.

Salary: CAD 300 - 360 daily

What you will do

• Oversee daily camp and catering operations, including the management of housekeeping and kitchen departments.
• Ensure adherence to workplace health and safety standards, camp cleanliness, and food quality.
• Manage staff scheduling, payroll, training, and performance issues.
• Coordinate client relations, address special requests, and handle room bookings.
• Maintain and monitor project budgets, including occupancy and expense tracking.
• Perform administrative reporting and troubleshoot minor maintenance problems.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in Remote Camps.
• Valid Advanced Food Safety certificate.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to pass a Criminal Records Check and pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.
• Physical capability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, SharePoint).

Nice to have

• Valid First Aid Certification.
• Education in Food and Beverage or Hospitality Management.
