What you will do

• Own the daily voice and content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and email channels.
• Lead newsletters and nurture programs to improve engagement and conversion throughout the funnel.
• Moderate and elevate community interactions within Scale Society and social comment sections.
• Build an agile, integrated brand presence by reducing reliance on external agency vendors.
• Collaborate with Growth, Advocacy, and Events teams to align content with business goals.
• Implement clear reporting and experimentation to drive marketing team agility and execution.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• Demonstrated experience running organic social channels and managing content calendars.
• Strong understanding of audience psychology and brand storytelling.
• Experience owning email communication and nurture programs with a focus on conversion metrics.
• Ability to build community and foster two-way engagement in digital spaces.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
