What you will do

• Plan and track quarterly goals for the hardware systems applications team.
• Define and manage cross-functional workflows between software, product, and hardware engineering teams.
• Manage resource planning, staffing, and training needs for the team.
• Develop and track metrics to monitor product hardware health and performance.
• Communicate fleet performance and issue investigation status to leadership.
• Travel up to 30% to various engineering and operations sites.

Requirements

• BS in Engineering required.
• 10+ years of experience managing direct reports, including remote or offsite personnel.
• 10+ years of experience in the Automotive Engineering field, specifically with sustaining engineering.
• 10+ years of experience developing RASICs and cross-functional process definitions.
• Expertise in JIRA for issue management and custom reporting.
• Ability to apply empirical, data-driven processes to issue resolution.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience using AI tools and agents to expedite workflows.
• Experience with data analytics platforms like Mode or Holistics for enterprise-level metrics.
