What you will do

• Develop and maintain daily production schedules for manufacturing plants in Wisconsin and Tennessee.
• Align production plans with demand forecasts, material availability, and manufacturing capacity.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Purchasing to mitigate production risks and material shortages.
• Analyze supply chain and fabrication constraints to ensure achievable and efficient production plans.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on planning accuracy, schedule stability, and inventory management.
• Develop planning metrics and material reports to support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in planning, scheduling, materials management, or manufacturing operations.
• High level of expertise using Excel, Databases, Queries, and Reporting Tools.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.
