What you will do

• Lead the architecture and reliability of infrastructure supporting autonomous haulage systems.
• Develop and optimize automated CI/CD pipelines for fast and reliable deployments.
• Design and implement secure infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code principles.
• Implement observability frameworks to ensure end-to-end system visibility.
• Define and monitor SRE metrics including SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.
• Mentor team members and drive continuous improvement of infrastructure platforms.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering, DevOps, or SRE roles.
• Proven experience managing on-premise and hybrid cloud infrastructure including VMware or KVM.
• Deep understanding of networking, system security, and Linux-based systems.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
• Familiarity with observability platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK.
• Must be able to work onsite in Tucson, Arizona.
