What you will do

• Define and lead the development of best-in-market performance capabilities for Social and Programmatic Display.
• Act as a strategic innovation agent, shaping the future of performance delivery and guaranteed outcomes for clients.
• Lead cross-functional working groups (Data, Tech, Marketing Science, Planning) to build, test, and launch new solutions.
• Network with agency practitioners and EMEA colleagues to ensure solution consistency across the region.
• Oversee commercial compliance, pricing, margin setting, and market fit for owned channel solutions.
• Manage the channel roadmap, delivery materials, and troubleshoot business challenges.

Requirements

• 10+ years of performance marketing experience in Media, with proven success in Social and/or Programmatic trading.
• Deep understanding of Digital Media from both a media and technical perspective.
• Strong existing relationships with adtech and martech partners to enable solution development.
• Proven project management experience to effectively lead cross-functional teams.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office (Hybrid: 4 days/week).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of recognizing and developing new client solutions.
