Solutions Development, Director (Performance Marketing)

Location: London, United Kingdom. Hybrid working with teams in the office around four days a week.

What you will do

• Lead the design and development of performance capabilities for social media and, ideally, programmatic display.
• Shape lower-funnel performance solutions aligned with client needs, cross-channel use cases, and measurement frameworks.
• Lead cross-functional working groups across media, technology, marketing science, planning, activation, and integrations.
• Develop channel roadmaps, solution materials, testing plans, and launch processes.
• Engage senior stakeholders, influence strategy, and communicate the value of proposed solutions.
• Oversee commercial fit, pricing, margins, compliance, supply-chain considerations, and solution delivery.

Requirements

• 10+ years of performance marketing experience in media.
• Demonstrated experience in performance, social, and programmatic trading.
• Strong understanding of digital media from both media and technical perspectives.
• Established relationships with adtech and martech partners supporting solution development.
• Project management experience and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects and deadlines simultaneously.

• Extensive experience with programmatic display.
• Accredited project management experience.
• An entrepreneurial track record of developing new client solutions ahead of market maturity.
