What you will do

• Execute monthly German compliance reporting, Bundesbank reports, and AIFMD/FATCA/CRS filings for a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Collect, review, and verify data from stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and identifying potential red flags.
• Take ownership of compliance workstreams to ensure seamless regulatory reporting.
• Contribute to the improvement of tracking tools, process documentation, and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Fund Compliance Manager to refine operational workflows.

Requirements

• Must be based in Berlin or able to work from the office 3 days per week.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German (C1+).
• Currently enrolled in a related field such as business, law, or finance.
• Exceptionally detail-oriented with a proactive mindset and strong risk awareness.
• Comfortable with Excel and familiarity with tools like Notion, Asana, or Google Sheets.
• Genuine interest in financial services or fund operations.
