TL;DR
Senior Product Manager (Accessibility/Localization): Leading the strategy for localization, UX platform evolution, and accessibility standards to ensure inclusive, global-ready product experiences. Location: Hybrid role, requires working from an assigned office a minimum of 3 days per week.

What you will do
- Own and drive the localization strategy, defining standards and tooling for global product readiness.
- Lead the UX platform roadmap, evolving the shared component library and design system.
- Define and scale accessibility standards, ensuring WCAG conformance across all applications.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to embed localization and accessibility into the development lifecycle.
- Build and maintain localization infrastructure, including translation management systems and i18n frameworks.
- Act as the internal subject matter expert, educating teams and championing inclusive design with leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience with ownership of platform or foundational product areas.
- Proven experience in localization or internationalization (i18n/L10n) and translation management systems.
- Experience building or scaling a UX platform, design system, or shared component library.
- Working knowledge of accessibility standards such as WCAG, ARIA, and EN 301 549.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence without authority.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels.
