What you will do

• Serve as the subject matter expert for sales and use tax, coordinating with Products, Sales, and Billing teams.
• Manage tax compliance and returns via external providers like Vertex.
• Oversee the OneSource tax determination tool and tax exemption certifications within Oracle ERP.
• Perform monthly reviews of purchasing to validate use tax liabilities and general ledger reconciliations.
• Coordinate and negotiate state and local sales/use tax audits to ensure audit readiness.
• Maintain accurate tax matrices in Oracle ERP using Thomson Reuters OneSource.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 6+ years of related corporate tax experience.
• Thorough technical knowledge of sales and use tax rules and regulations.
• Experience with OneSource and Oracle Fusion.
• Must be based in the United States.
