Senior Product Designer (UI Focus)

TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Hamburg, Germany (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote).

What you will do

• Own and design new features from initial concept through final developer handoff.
• Create visually engaging, polished interfaces and supporting assets like icons and illustrations.
• Build, maintain, and contribute to the evolving company-wide design system.
• Collaborate with UX research and data teams to evaluate design performance and iterate.
• Conduct design reviews to ensure high-quality implementation across the mobile app.
• Define and document brand identity and tone of voice for multi-brand products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a UI, UI/UX, or Product Designer.
• Outstanding portfolio showcasing mobile UI craft and visual design skills.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and expertise in motion design and interaction.
• Deep knowledge of accessibility, usability principles, and design systems.
• Fluency in English is required; German is considered a plus.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Hamburg, Germany.

Nice to have

• Experience in marketing, gaming, or other B2C-heavy industries.
• Background in copywriting and defining brand messaging.
• Understanding of front-end implementation constraints.
