What you will do
- Conduct scheduled and random visits to healthcare facilities and contracted providers to verify service levels and adherence to contractual standards.
- Assist in scheduling field work and communicating findings to leadership to develop action plans.
- Support the tracking and maintenance of Train-the-Trainer certifications for Passenger Assistance.
- Evaluate trainer compliance with CTAA/NSC training requirements during instructional sessions.
- Assist with network digitization and platform utilization initiatives within the market.
Requirements
- High School Diploma.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally at least 75% within the assigned state.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare regulations and local road laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
