What you will do

• Conduct scheduled and random visits to healthcare facilities and contracted providers to verify service levels and adherence to contractual standards.
• Assist in scheduling field work and communicating findings to leadership to develop action plans.
• Support the tracking and maintenance of Train-the-Trainer certifications for Passenger Assistance.
• Evaluate trainer compliance with CTAA/NSC training requirements during instructional sessions.
• Assist with network digitization and platform utilization initiatives within the market.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally at least 75% within the assigned state.
• Basic knowledge of healthcare regulations and local road laws.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
