Onsite Client Logistics Representative (Logistics): Provide customer service and oversee daily operational functions for Redwood’s managed services customers with an accent on transportation exception management, carrier/customer coordination, and compliance-driven shipment execution. Focus on resolving scheduling and delivery issues, managing load planning and shipment tracking, and ensuring accurate audit/invoicing readiness.

Location: Graham, NC (Onsite)

Salary: $40,000 - $45,000 (base) + quarterly incentives

What you will do

• Learn and apply transportation & logistics industry knowledge, including factors impacting markets, carriers, and customers.
• Use transportation management system(s) and processes to support customers, including data entry, load planning, and shipment tracking.
• Oversee day-to-day operations for key customer accounts and manage issue resolution (order delays, missed pickups/deliveries, damaged freight, accounting discrepancies).
• Coordinate carrier onboarding, capacity, and pricing requests with the Carrier Relations team; manage carrier and customer relationships with internal partners.
• Monitor compliance benchmarks for key accounts, identify exceptions, and resolve them while ensuring shipments are discrepancy-free prior to audit and invoicing.
• Provide timely phone support and proactively communicate relevant updates to customers and internal teams; support occasional after-hours/weekend coverage as needed.

Requirements

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, including producing accurate internal and customer-facing reports.
• Ability to coordinate across departments and work autonomously.
• Onsite availability in Graham, NC for Monday–Friday coverage (8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with flexibility based on coverage).
