What you will do

• Analyze complex claims files to identify relevant intelligence and evidence.
• Use desktop systems and analytical techniques to detect potentially fraudulent activity.
• Compile comprehensive reports and profiles on individuals and groups involved in investigations.
• Prepare witness evidence and statements for use in civil court proceedings.
• Deliver structured briefings to lawyers and clients regarding investigation findings.
• Mentor trainee analysts and ensure compliance with service level agreements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK and able to work from the Bolton/Birmingham office.
• Understanding of the legal framework for intelligence disclosure.
• Advanced proficiency in IT software applications (e.g., iBase, i2 Analysts Notebook, Excel).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Confidence in presenting reasoned, logical arguments to clients and legal professionals.
