Senior Data Governance Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Execute and support enterprise data governance initiatives and end-to-end governance processes.
• Create and maintain governance documentation, standards, procedures, business definitions, data rules, and requirements.
• Perform data analysis and profiling to identify quality issues and improvement opportunities across critical data domains.
• Manage business and technical metadata and support data stewardship activities.
• Use AI-powered governance tools to automate classification and tagging, identify sensitive or non-compliant data, and support governance workflows.
• Monitor governance controls, compliance, retention, archival, and lifecycle management policies, recommending corrective actions where needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data governance, data management, data analysis, business analysis, or a related discipline.
• Experience with Atlan, Collibra, Alation, or similar data governance, metadata management, and workflow platforms.
• Required experience with PII discovery and confidence scoring, plus data masking through AI agents.
• Hands-on AWS experience with S3, cleanup processes, Glue, AgentCore, and Lambda functions.
• Advanced English, written and verbal, is preferred.
